“ Being well-enough known to be pirated is a crowning achievement. I’d rather stake my future on a literature that people care about enough to steal than devote my life to a form that has no home in the dominant medium of the century. I find this quote to be interesting. How this man will associate himself with something like pirating software and ect. is beyond me. He makes it sound that because the public likes it he will too. I do not own anything that has been pirated or illegally downloaded. I still listen to cds and while I do have an ipod, I still go out and buy the cd I wish to have. Call me old fashion but I dont care.
